King v The Chiltern Dog Rescue & Anor [2015]
The Claimant issued a claim in the Chancery Division for a declaration that his Aunt had made a donatio mortis causa, that her house passed to the Claimant when she died and, as an alternative that he should receive monetary provision from his late Aunt’s Estate under 1 (1) (e) Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Starr v Ward [2015]
The Claimant, a well-known comedian brought an action against the Defendant for slander and libel for interviews she gave to the BBC on the 14th November 2011 and an ITV programme broadcast on the 3rd October 2012. Also the Defendant sued as to a publication of her memoir on “Fan Story”and for the publication of her eBook.

Delfi AS v Estonia
This matter has been ongoing since 2006 when proceedings were begun in the Estonian Courts by a member of the board of a Company which had been the subject of an article written by the Applicant Company, a leading internet news portal that published up to 330 news stories on a daily basis. The article drew 185 comments from members of the public with twenty of them being offensive.
